Becoming the Ultimate Observer: A Mini Retreat
(ACE Provider:  BCBAs can earn up to 13 CEUs!)

Helping professionals including BCBAs, therapists, educators, and healthcare providers are highly skilled at observing others, yet often have limited space to turn that same awareness inward.

This experiential mini-retreat integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion to support you in becoming both an effective and compassionate observer of your own internal experiences.

Through guided practices and reflection, you will build skills in present moment awareness, cognitive defusion, and values-based action while cultivating a more supportive relationship with yourself. These practices not only support your own well-being and reduce burnout, but also enhance your work with clients by strengthening presence, empathy, and flexibility.

You will leave with practical, ethically aligned tools that can be taken directly into your clinical, educational, and caregiving work to support those you serve while sustaining meaningful, values driven living in both your professional and personal life.
