About our Activation Coaching Program

Kathryn's Activation Coaching Program offers a client-centered, integrative approach grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based behavioral framework that helps individuals live meaningful, values-driven lives. Designed for those who want to up-level their lives, expand their potential, and create lasting change, this approach cultivates present-moment awareness and encourages embracing experiences rather than struggling against them. Clients build psychological flexibility to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and ease.

This integrative method empowers individuals to become the catalyst for their own transformation, enhancing well-being, resilience, and personal growth.

The personalized coaching experience combines ACT with supportive modalities such as:

  • Behavioral strategies to establish intentional habits and reach goals

  • Reiki for relaxation and emotional balance

  • Yoga to connect mind and body while reducing stress

  • Guided meditation to foster awareness and calm

  • EFT/Tapping to release emotional blocks

  • Breathwork for clarity, energy, and regulation

  • Affirmations to reinforce growth and a positive mindset

  • Oracle card pulls for reflection and intuitive guidance​

These modalities are selected and combined based on each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, creating a personalized coaching experience.

Yoga Classes & Groups

Kathryn’s yoga students have shared that they leave her classes feeling refreshed with a sense of calm that they desperately needed.

 

The theme-based instruction gives guidance for daily life-A student that is a neurologist shared how the theme of the meditations in class helped her with a patient the very next day!

 

Kathryn’s yoga classes have been described as challenging yet restorative.  Her style of teaching is dynamic and includes enhancements such as oracle card drawing, singing bowls, candle lighting and burning ceremonies, as well as fireside yoga experiences.
